Practice Schedule

  • Mondays: (PM) 3:45 - 5:45, team meeting, then a long run.
  • Tuesdays: (PM) 3:45 - 5:30, strength and hills.
  • Wednesdays: (PM) 3:45-5:30, milage days
  • Thursdays: (AM) 6:00 – 7:30, track work.
  • Fridays: (AM) 6:15 - 7:15, light run (shakeout).
  • Meets are every Saturday morning. If the team has a meet, you are required to be there.
