2. RANK ONE ACCOUNT

• You will upload your Physical Form, Medical Insurance Card, E-sign all Fulton County forms, etc.
• Create/Update your own account
• Mandatory Physical Form (click here to download) filled out by medical professional. It is good for one year.

While this doesn't cover XC meet admission since our meets are always away, it is a great way to support our Northview Athletic Association and a great financial deal for students and parents (includes admission to home football, basketball, other and other Northview home sports games).
